Watermarbling

Watermarbling, also called ebru, is an ancient art that dates back to the 16th century. This art is created by floating paint onto a thickened water, then swirling the paint to create different designs. Once the design is complete, the image is printed onto a silk scarf for a wearable work of art. It can also be printed on paper which can be used for decorating or scrapbooking.
